Founded in 2023 by highly qualified professionals in financial engineering and new technologies from Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, and France, FINCTEK UE aims to harness blockchain to advance financial inclusion. The European entity thus complements an ecosystem project made up of several companies operating in Africa, reinforcing a global positioning.
With its license granted under the European MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) framework, FINCTEK UE will be able to offer a platform that enables its European clients to carry out crypto-asset transactions that are fast, transparent, and cost-efficient. It will notably facilitate the exchange of EUR, USD, XAF, and XOF currencies against crypto-assets.

Thus, FINCTEK UE’s clients will be able to choose to keep their digital-assets within the platform, transfer them to a beneficiary’s wallet, or exchange them for currencies such as the Central African CFA franc (XAF) or the West African CFA franc (XOF).

CEO
Pierre Le Pape : President of FincTek, which he has led since 2023 to revolutionize financial services through blockchain. He spent more than 20 years at Société Générale CIB in Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, specializing in financial engineering and derivatives. He also ran Rivage Investment for 10 years and served on the board of Harvest Asset Management in Cameroon. A former officer in the French Navy, he combines strategic rigor, international financial expertise, and entrepreneurial ambition.

CFO
Amy Fanny-Tognisso : CFO of FincTek, she drives digital finance projects in Africa through blockchain. She has led enterprise financing programs for the Mastercard Foundation, invested in African SMEs via private equity funds and agribusiness initiatives for the IFC (World Bank Group). She also founded SABA, a brand showcasing African know-how in natural cosmetics. Her career began at KPMG and JP Morgan, reflecting a path that blends financial discipline, innovation, and impact.

CTO
Lamine Diallo : CTO of FincTek and a seasoned expert in information systems, boasting 25 years of experience in telecommunications and IT, with a strong focus on Africa. He currently leads an IT services firm catering to prominent clients in the telecom and energy industries. Lamine specializes in deploying BSS/OSS solutions and advancing mobile financial services. His previous roles include CIO at Orange Cameroon, Africa–Middle East Director at GFI Informatique (Inetum), and consulting positions at Cap Gemini across Europe and Latin America.

CCO
Nicolas Reille : Chief Commercial Officer of FincTek, he contributes to the growth of innovative blockchain-based financial solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Hong Kong’s financial markets, he led equity derivatives sales and structuring teams for Barclays, Natixis, and Société Générale. He also co-founded Twangoo, a pioneering local e-commerce startup. His career combines commercial leadership, financial engineering, and an international entrepreneurial mindset.
